Tuesday evening almost already upon me here!
Today for fitness, I did a 25 minute yoga flow of my own with music that included Lady Gaga, DJ Tiesto, and Rihanna.
Yup, I love doing yoga dance style!
( still doing low intense stuff, best for ME! )
I rocked my luna headband during yoga too, this baby stays put! Love you Luna!

Post workout smoothie was a chocolate berry protein smoothie topped with my favorite coconut butter! Trader Joe’s O’s for crunch!
Speaking of my favorite almond butter, I found more products from artisana that I was searching for!
These new squeeze packs from them! I found these at whole foods in Boston and can’t wait to try!
Anyone ever tried any of them yet?

I came across this article feature on msn.com yesterday, I was very intrigued as to what it said. I did some planks today while doing yoga and thought I was a rockstar now because of it! Haha!
The article lists these 4 fitness goals that every woman should be able to conquer….
– Hold tree pose for 60 seconds
– Pull off 10 pushups
– Run a half marathon
– Hold plank pose for 60 seconds
Ok so I am good on all except the half marathon! I feel ok with that
One goal that I am conquering tonight…
